All apparel and lifestyle products available on Vyxuva are custom made to order. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service at any time without notice. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, graphics, and images of our products that appear at the store; however, we cannot guarantee that your device monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us or to limit quantities purchased per person or per order.

2. Billing and Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. Refund & Return Policy

Overview & Made to Order Fulfillment This store ([https://shop.vyxuva.com](https://shop.vyxuva.com)) is operated by Vyxuva LLC ("Vyxuva", "we", "us", or "our"). All apparel and lifestyle products are custom made to order exclusively for you once your order is placed. Because each item is produced on demand, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind. Please review the sizing charts and product descriptions carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our fulfillment side are covered at our expense, and we will gladly issue a free replacement or full refund.

How to Submit a Claim (Contact Us Before Returning) Please do not send any products back to the return address on the shipping label without contacting us first. If you notice an issue with your order, email us at contactus@vyxuva.com with your order number and clear photos of the defect, damage, or misprint. Unauthorized returns sent directly to our fulfillment facility without prior approval are not eligible for a refund.

Wrong Address If you provide a shipping address that is considered insufficient or incorrect by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our fulfillment facility. You will be liable for the reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated and valid shipping address with you. Refunds are not issued for orders returned due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Unclaimed Shipments & 30-Day Forfeiture Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our fulfillment facility, and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself. When our facility receives a returned shipment due to a wrong address or failure to claim the package, we will notify you via email. If you do not confirm an updated address and cover the reshipment cost within 30 days of the return arriving at our facility, the unclaimed items will be donated to charity and will no longer be eligible for reshipment or refund.

Sealed Goods & Hygiene Items We do not accept returns of sealed goods, such as (but not limited to) face masks or other personal items that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. Any returned orders containing sealed hygiene goods will not be available for reshipping and will be disposed of without a refund.

Exceptions for EU and Brazil Residents

  • European Union (14-Day Cooling-Off Period): According to Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal (return) may not be provided for goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized, or for sealed goods unsealed after delivery. Therefore, Vyxuva LLC reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

  • Brazil Customers: Customers residing in Brazil who regret a purchase must contact us at contactus@vyxuva.com and express their intent to return the item within 7 consecutive days after receiving it, providing a clear photograph of the item. The withdrawal request will undergo an evaluation to verify whether the product was used or destroyed, even if partial. In those cases, a refund will not be possible.
